Career Pathways Programs

Des Plaines Valley Region’s Career Pathways Programs provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience in career fields that align with their interests and future goals. Each program combines:

• Technical instruction delivered through Triton College and/or industry partners
• Employability and career-readiness skill development
• Paid work-based learning opportunities for qualifying students

 

DVR supports Career Pathways in fields that offer strong employment opportunities and competitive earning potential, helping students build the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to prepare for continued education and successful careers.

 

Career Pathways are organized in alignment with the National Career Clusters Framework.
